Fine Art Prints

After spending hundreds of hours over the years in the darkroom making fine art prints, I now use the digital darkroom and ink-jet printers for my black and white as well as color printing. In addition to my goal of producing the highest level of print quality, I also insist on the use of archival materials—pigment-based inks, and archival paper and matt board. Besides saving many gallons of water and no longer exposing myself to film-processing chemistry, the longevity of pigment-based inks in many cases far exceeds that of traditional darkroom processing. Accelerated light exposure testing results are indicating that with proper framing and display, these prints could last up to 200 years without any noticeable degradation.

All of my images on this site as well as many others in my portfolio can be purchased as fine art prints. Please contact me to discuss sizes and current pricing.
